Ingredients to prepare:-
- 1 packet Tean’s Gourmet Chicken Curry Paste (200g)
- 1 Chicken (about 1.4 kgs, cut to pieces)
- 2 medium sized Potatoes (cubed)
- 250ml Water
- 200ml Coconut Milk or Low Fat Milk
Cooking Method:-
1) Mix chicken with Chicken Curry Paste and potatoes
to fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2) Stir in water, bring to boil. Cover lid to simmer with
low heat for 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
3) Add coconut milk or low fat milk, stir well and bring to a quick boil.
4) Serve with bread, spaghetti or rice.
