Ingredients to prepare:-
- 1 packet Tean’s Gourmet Curry Laksa Paste (200g)
- 1000ml Water
- 1 can (400ml) Coconut Milk or Low Fat Milk
- 100g Fried Bean Curd (cut into bite sizes)
- 600g Fresh Yellow Noodle (or Spaghetti).
- 100g Bean Sprouts
- Some Cooked Meat (sliced), Cooked Fish Balls, Hard Boiled Eggs (halved),
- Mint Leaves.
Remarks: Fresh yellow noodle and bean sprouts are to be placed evenly into 6 bowls.
Cooking Method:-
1) Dissolve Curry Laksa Paste in water, bring to boil.
2) Add coconut milk or low fat milk and fried bean curd, bring to a quick boil and switch to low flame.
3) Pour hot curry laksa soup onto bowls of noodles with bean sprouts.
4) Garnish with cooked meat, fish balls, hard-boiled egg and mint leaves. Serve.
