Curry Laksa (Curry Mee)

Ingredients to prepare:-

  • 1 packet Tean’s Gourmet Curry Laksa Paste (200g)
  • 1000ml Water
  • 1 can (400ml) Coconut Milk or Low Fat Milk
  • 100g Fried Bean Curd (cut into bite sizes)
  • 600g Fresh Yellow Noodle (or Spaghetti).
  • 100g Bean Sprouts
  • Some Cooked Meat (sliced), Cooked Fish Balls, Hard Boiled Eggs (halved),
  • Mint Leaves.

Remarks:  Fresh yellow noodle and bean sprouts are to be placed evenly into 6 bowls.

Cooking Method:-

1)    Dissolve Curry Laksa Paste in water, bring to boil.

2)    Add coconut milk or low fat milk and fried bean curd, bring to a quick boil and switch to low flame.

3)    Pour hot curry laksa soup onto bowls of noodles with bean sprouts.

4)    Garnish with cooked meat, fish balls, hard-boiled egg and mint leaves. Serve.

Serves 4 to 6 persons
