<p>My mother made this the other day and it was totally fantastic!</p>
<p>Instead of just cooking the Teans Laksa in the standard way, Mum decided to something a little bit different.</p>
<p>She knows that the whole family loves prawn noodle, so she added half a pack of Teans Prawn Noodle paste to the pot of Laksa soup.</p>
<p>OMG&#8230; The laksa  that night was a total hit with everyone.</p>

<p>This is a favourite of our family.  Not sure why our friends never seem to want seconds…</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
1 lt   vanilla ice-cream<br />
50g   Teans Curry Paste</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong><br />
Just mix the Teans Curry Paste into the tub of vanilla ice-cream.<br />
When the curry is thoroughly mixed in, it is ready to serve.</p>
<p>(You can also try doing the above with Tean’s Laksa paste… Yum..!)</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients to prepare:-</strong></p>

<li>1 packet Tean’s Gourmet Chicken Curry Paste (200g)</li>
<li>1 Chicken (about 1.4 kgs, cut to pieces)</li>
<li>2 medium sized Potatoes (cubed)</li>
<li>250ml Water</li>
<li>200ml Coconut Milk or Low Fat Milk</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cooking Method:-</strong></p>
<p>1)    Mix chicken with Chicken Curry Paste and potatoes</p>
<p>to fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.</p>
<p>2)    Stir in water, bring to boil.  Cover lid to simmer with</p>
<p>low heat for 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.</p>
<p>3)    Add coconut milk or low fat milk, stir well and bring to a quick boil.</p>
<p>4)    Serve with bread, spaghetti or rice.</p>

<li>1 packet Tean’s Gourmet  Bakuteh Spices (35g)</li>
<li>1500ml Water</li>
<li>1 kg Pork Ribs (or Chicken), cut into 8 pieces</li>
<li>2 whole bulbs of Garlic</li>
<li>2 pieces Dried Mushroom (soaked and halved)</li>
<li>4 pieces Button Mushroom (halved)</li>
<li>1 tablespoon Thick Soya Sauce</li>
<li>Salt to taste</li>
<li>1 small cube of Chicken Stock</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cooking Method:-</strong></p>
<p>1)    Put in the 2 filter bags of Tean’s Gourmet Bakuteh Spices in water to boil at medium heat for 30 minutes.</p>
<p>2)    Add meat, garlic and thick soya sauce, bring to boil and simmer for another 30 minutes,</p>
<p>3)    Add salt and mushrooms to cook for another 15 minutes.</p>
<p>4)    Adjust taste with chicken stock and salt.</p>
<p>5)    Serve hot with rice.</p>
<p><strong>Serves 4 to 6 persons</strong></p>

<p><strong>Ingredients to prepare:-</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 packet Tean’s Gourmet Curry Laksa Paste (200g)</li>
<li>1000ml Water</li>
<li>1 can (400ml) Coconut Milk or Low Fat Milk</li>
<li>100g Fried Bean Curd (cut into bite sizes)</li>
<li>600g Fresh Yellow Noodle (or Spaghetti).</li>
<li>100g Bean Sprouts</li>
<li>Some Cooked Meat (sliced), Cooked Fish Balls, Hard Boiled Eggs (halved),</li>
<li>Mint Leaves.</li>
</ul>
<p>Remarks:  Fresh yellow noodle and bean sprouts are to be placed evenly into 6 bowls.</p>
<p><strong>Cooking Method:-</strong></p>
<p>1)    Dissolve Curry Laksa Paste in water, bring to boil.</p>
<p>2)    Add coconut milk or low fat milk and fried bean curd, bring to a quick boil and switch to low flame.</p>
<p>3)    Pour hot curry laksa soup onto bowls of noodles with bean sprouts.</p>
<p>4)    Garnish with cooked meat, fish balls, hard-boiled egg and mint leaves. Serve.</p>
<p><strong>Serves 4 to 6 persons</strong></p>

<li>1 packet Tean’s Gourmet  Stir Fry Sauce (200g)</li>
<li>300g medium size Prawns (shelled, with tail intact)</li>
<li>300g squids (cleaned and cut into 3cm rings)</li>
<li>100g petai (or to replace with 1 Green Capsicum)</li>
<li>100g four angle bean (or to replace with 1 Red Capsicum)</li>
<li>1 Onion (Cubed)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Method:-</strong></p>
<p>1)    Heat Stir Fry Sauce in a pan.</p>
<p>2)    Add prawns and squids to fry over medium heat for 7 &#8211; 8 minutes.</p>
<p>3)    Add in vegetables to fry for another 3 minutes.</p>
