Bakuteh (Pork Ribs Soup in Herbs & Spices)

Ingredients to prepare:-

  • 1 packet Tean’s Gourmet  Bakuteh Spices (35g)
  • 1500ml Water
  • 1 kg Pork Ribs (or Chicken), cut into 8 pieces
  • 2 whole bulbs of Garlic
  • 2 pieces Dried Mushroom (soaked and halved)
  • 4 pieces Button Mushroom (halved)
  • 1 tablespoon Thick Soya Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 small cube of Chicken Stock

Cooking Method:-

1)    Put in the 2 filter bags of Tean’s Gourmet Bakuteh Spices in water to boil at medium heat for 30 minutes.

2)    Add meat, garlic and thick soya sauce, bring to boil and simmer for another 30 minutes,

3)    Add salt and mushrooms to cook for another 15 minutes.

4)    Adjust taste with chicken stock and salt.

5)    Serve hot with rice.

Serves 4 to 6 persons
