Ingredients to prepare:-
- 1 packet Tean’s Gourmet Stir Fry Sauce (200g)
- 300g medium size Prawns (shelled, with tail intact)
- 300g squids (cleaned and cut into 3cm rings)
- 100g petai (or to replace with 1 Green Capsicum)
- 100g four angle bean (or to replace with 1 Red Capsicum)
- 1 Onion (Cubed)
Method:-
1) Heat Stir Fry Sauce in a pan.
2) Add prawns and squids to fry over medium heat for 7 – 8 minutes.
3) Add in vegetables to fry for another 3 minutes.
4) Serve.
