Vegetarian Curry

Ingredients to prepare:-

  • 1 packet Tean’s Gourmet  Vegetarian Curry Paste (200g)
  • 500ml Water
  • 200g Fried Bean Curd
  • 200g pre-sauted Eggplant (Brinjal)
  • 200g each of Long Bean, Okra (Lady’s Finger), Cabbage, all cut into bite sizes.
  • 200ml Coconut Milk or Low Fat Milk

Cooking Method:-

1)    Mix Vegetarian Curry Paste with water, bring to boil.

2)    Add in eggplant, long bean, okra, cabbage and fried bean curd to cook for 10 minutes.

3)    Stir in coconut milk or low fat milk, bring to boil.  Serve.

Serves 6 to 8 persons
